Dr. Saeed Refaei

A member of the Canadian Dental Association, College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, International Congress of Oral Implantology, Iran Medical Council and Iranian Dental Association. He is committed to staying up-to-date by participating in various study clubs and completing many hours of post-doctoral continuing education courses every year.
Dr. Saeed Refaei graduated from the faculty of dentistry in Mashhad University of medical sciences in 1997. He opened his private dental clinic in Tehran in 1998 and was loved and trusted by his patients for the next 20 years.
During this time, he performed countless procedures and many complicated surgeries. He became one of the pioneers of dental implant surgery in I ran and performed over 10,000 implant surgeries on 8740 patients. He became a trusted consultant to Alfa Tech and Trias – implant manufacturing companies based in Germany – for their product design and development. He was also honored to be their training advisor in the Middle East.
In 2015 Dr. Refaei decided to take a leap and start a new life in Vancouver, Canada. With his unmatched can-do positive attitude and his tireless hard work and dedication, he was able to pass his OSCE, AFK, ACJ and ACS Exams with flying colors. He is now honored to be a member of Tri-City Dental Centre and is excited to use his gentle, caring and experienced hands to serve his patients from the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
Dr. Terry Bianco
Certified Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics
After graduation from the University of British Columbia in General Dentistry, he
completed his degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the
University of Oregon Health Sciences Centre in 1978.
He then diligently pursued numerous post-graduate education courses, including
the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) with a focus on the
harmonious relationship between the jaw joint and the bite (Roth-Williams
philosophy).
Later, while practicing in Port Coquitlam, he was an assistant clinical professor at
U.B.C., and spoke both locally and internationally on advanced orthodontics and
dentofacial orthopedics.
Dr. Saeed Zamiran
Dentist
Dr. Zamiran graduated as a general dentist in 2005. After three years of clinical practice, he entered a specialty program in Endodontics in Isfahan, Iran, and later worked as an associate endodontist before establishing his own clinic in 2013.
He has performed more than ten thousands of successful root canal treatments and is known for his compassionate, calm, and patient-centered approach to care. In addition to endodontics, he has strong expertise and interest in restorative and prosthodontic dentistry.
In 2018, Dr. Zamiran moved to Canada and successfully passed all National Dental Examination Board of Canada (NDEB) examinations on his first attempt. He is currently registered as a full dentist with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals.
